Pacific Power Vac is a growing
company that treats Industrial Waste, Grease Trap Waste and Septage
prior to discharging to the municipal sewer system. Due to increased
throughput requirements, PPV asked Muddy River Technologies Inc. to
design, install and commission a 350 US GPM Micro Air Separation
System (MASS) to treat the three products to meet the municipal
requirements, in their Portland facility. |
| |
| Originally
the wastewater was was batch treated using a pre-coat filter.
Pre-coat material proved to
be expensive and the treatment volumes were limited.
A system was needed that would handle the increased volumes (present
and future) and be cost effective as well.

Muddy River Technologies Inc.
designed, constructed and commissioned a treatment system that was
both cost effective and could deal with multiple feed products
(Industrial Waste, Restaurant Grease Trap Waste, and Septage)
